Winter Solstice Soundbath Special Event!

At the time of the Winter Solstice, journey within to stillness. 

Vibrations of chakra tuned crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, voice, chimes, tuning forks and other instruments gently guide recipients into deep relaxation, opening one’s being to greater intuition, creativity and insight.

Every attendee will receive a mini Winter Bliss essential oil to take home! These Reiki-infused therapeutic oils are custom made by Demetra, lovingly created to enhance your well-being.

Chakra Tuning Sound Healing with Essential Oils

Take an immersive sensory healing journey in a Reiki-guided chakra tuning sound healing. The class will include chakra aligned essential oils, guided meditation and sound therapy to help your energy flow with optimal ease and vibrancy.

Participants will be bathed in Reiki and sound healing vibrations through crystal chakra-tuned singing bowls and will leave with a deeper sense of calm, alignment and well-being. We’ll work through the 7 main chakras to help open and balance each energy portal in the body. All are welcome to this deeply restorative class!
